If you weren't a kid (or a fan) of the '80s, then you'd probably find most of what Molly Ringwald wore in her hit teen flicks pretty unforgivable. And why wouldn't you? Looking back now, it was merciless what the poor thing was made to wear. That's why it comes as little surprise that Ringwald is carrying around regrets about her former days in The Breakfast Club. She recently told the Star Tribune: "Now, I wish that I'd kept those boots. I loved those boots,"
Ah yes, thoseRalph Lauren lace-up brown boots (above, right)... We feel your pain, Mols!
Here's the first of our eBay picks, how terrific are the silky '70s harem pants? I've got my eye on the polka dot dress, it looks so easy to wear.

For the last three weeks, London's fashionistas have been getting tough with their wardrobes, donating their unwanted high street and designer clobber to the much-anticipated Visa Swap loft.
The result? A glittery launch of the Visa Swap Shop held on Wednesday night, at the piazza in Covent Garden.
Celebrities including Margo Stilley, Olivia and Alexia Inge, Harold Tillman, and Erin O'Connor (pictured, left) mingled with fashion press, to celebrate the secondhand clothing sale, which kicks off tomorrow - 19th June to 20th June.

Do you wish that you could look like Peaches Geldof? And no, I'm not talking ASOS.com here either! Now you can actually wear the clothes literally off the socialite's back, since she has taken to flogging her threads on eBay. We're not sure whether daddy Sir Bob has decided to disinherit his daughter (there was that horrible drug dealer incident recently) but Peaches is auctioning off vintage, designer and high street pieces online, as we speak.
After taking a break from fashion for a while one of my favourite vintage stores Ninja Vintage is fully back up and running, hooray! I love this plaid skirt which has been done up tight paperbag style. True to Ninja Vintage from it's an affordable $21 which a great price for such a unique skirt.
The ruffled waistband gives a little kook to an otherwise preppy skirt so team it with chunky sandals and a white wifebeater vest top for a great summer outfit. For something a little more geeky start with brogues and a retro kid's tee. Thick glasses optional!
The Alice Olins from the Times went to Christies a few months ago to check out amazing vintage fashion pieces they were set to auction off. It included amazing vintage dresses from the likes of Pucci, Ozzie Clark and Dior with this one stand out in the form of a strapless pink Christian Dior dress (which looks much like a few pieces in Alexander McQueen's spring 2008 collection). Estimated by Monica Turcich from Christies to sell for just £200 - £400, it would have been a great vintage pick up (if the fit was right). So it made me think, we trawl around vintage and second hand shops in hope of a bargain buy, so why not hit an auction house for quality vintage designer pieces that are almost guaranteed to be authentic? for great buys, but we never really think of going to an auction house. Perhaps we should all mark down the next date of Christie's next fashion auction (this September) and see if we can pick up an Hermes Birkin or Kelly for ourselves, after all there seemed to be quite a few available in this clip.
