Pat Field to stay on for Sex and the City movie sequel PLUS new script rumours!

patricia field sex and the city.jpgStylist to the stars, Patricia Field, is sticking by Sarah Jessica Parker and the rest of the cast on the Sex and the City film sequel (phew!)

Despite reports that she might be quitting due to a row with SJP, Pat has confirmed that she is "absolutely" on board for the next chapter.

"I don't use the recession as a reference for my creativity, true," she told Radar. " I am furious and had a row with Sarah Jessica over whatever? False."

But that's not all. In order to prevent leaks, producers have come up with five scripts for the sequel, each with a different plotline.

One version is even said to include Carrie, Big and a baby. Click here to read more sequel goss.

When Alexa met Whitney: Two of our favourite gals chat style (natch!)

alexachung_whitneyport_mtvchat.jpg

Right up the top of my favourite fashionistas pile is Alexa Chung and Whitney Port. Not only are they great style icons, they also seem quite sweet, down-to-earth and don't take themselves too seriously. So I was more than happy to see the pair sit down for a chat on Alexa's new MTV show, It's On With Alexa Chung. Being the trendsetters that they are, lots of what they talked about was fashion-related including the difference between L.A. and New York style.

"I appreciate the style so much more in New York," said Whitney. "It's much more easy going in L.A., you can get away with t-shirts and jeans every day. Here you kind of care a little bit more."

Jerry Hall strips off for stage version of Calendar Girls

jerryhall_strips_calendargirls.jpg

Jerry Hall is getting her gear off again for the arts (and why wouldn't you a bod like that?). This time it's for the stage version of Calendar Girls, based on the true story of the Women's Institute members, which was also adapted into a film in 2003. The 52-year-old model joins actresses Anita Dobson and Gemma Atkinson in the production's new cast that will take over at the Noel Coward Theatre on 28 July. Of course, her nude appearance is nothing compared to 82-year-old June Brown (Dot from EastEnders) who will also bare all in the show. This isn't the first time that Jerry has stripped for the stage, she also revealed all in the stage production of The Graduate in 2001.

CQ Watch: 'The Beautiful Life' official promo (see Elle Macpherson's debut)

We have already given you a small taster of Mischa Barton's new series, The Beautiful Life, but here is an extended look with the official promo. Keep your eyes peeled two appearances by Elle Macpherson (at 2:14 and 2:34) who plays Claudia, a former supermodel who now runs her own modelling agency. It's best described as a mash-up of Gossip Girl and America's Next Top Model. Glad to see that Mischa is playing yet another pouty brat *sigh*

Sasha Baron Cohen marches into Leicester Square for Brüno premiere

brunolondonpremiere_sashabaroncohen_peachesgeldof.jpg

The Brüno circus marched into town last night in a camp display of cropped waistcoats, bearskin hats and leather hotpants. Sasha Baron Cohen's Austrian alter ego led a parade of eurodancing scantily-clad men in some of the tightest shorts seen since Kylie Minogue's "Spinning Around" video. Joining in the fun at Leicester Square was his fiancée, Isla Fisher, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and popettes Jenny Frost and Rachel Stevens. Never missing an opportunity to snatch the limelight were Pixie and Peaches Geldof. Pixie showed off a brand new pink 'do, while Peaches accompanied her friend/girlfriend (who the heck knows anymore?) in matching bridal-style dresses. As our pals Grazia tweeted: "Not again Peaches!"
