H&M's high summer range has arrived and it's a heady mix of ikat and ethnic floral prints, dip-dyes and ombré. They've recruited ex-face of Chanel Daria Werbovy to show it all off and as usual a percentage of the profits is donated to WaterAid projects in Bangladesh.

Fellow model Lara Stone was also snapped for the H&M range, pictures after the jump.

Aaron Chang swimwear comes to Urban Outfitters

recycled bikini.jpgNature photographer and surfer Aaron Chang has recently turned his talents to swimwear design, and his fabulous recycled bikini range is coming soon to an Urban Outfitters store near you.

The range, which is one of the sexiest I've seen for the summer, features two-piece sets made from 100% re-fashioned plastic bottles. You'd never guess it looking at some of the designs, which would go down a storm on the beach with their alluring shapes and pretty, nature-inspired prints. If the bikinis are a bit too hot for you to handle, there's also a cool, beach cover-up range, featuring layers of floaty organic cotton.

Grab your free Seafolly bikini at Virgin Atlantic Heathrow Clubhouse

seafollyfreebikiniatlantic.jpgHere's one way to entice more female passengers - offer them a free bikini while they chill out in the airline's private members club.

Virgin Atlantic have teamed up with Aussie swimwear label Seafolly, in providing their upper class female passengers with a complimentary striped Costa Del Sol bikini on arrival at their Heathrow Clubhouse.

The club boasts a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi facilities, the first to be implemented in an airline lounge.

The Seafolly design is available in both a bandeau or halter style style (as modelled by Aussie model Miranda Kerr, left).

Talk about flying in style!

Beach cover up's - it's time to stock up

beachcoverup-feb08.jpg

Sure it’s still officially winter but with the spring 2008 clothing ranges hitting stores this month, I say we be very optimistic and shop for beach cover ups, otherwise known as kaftans. Whether you want a full length kaftan, or something short and slinky, here are some of my favourite online now.

1. Elizabeth Hurley beaded cheetah print kaftan (£365). This is for a woman who wants to stand out (or who dares to wear white trousers) and has the bling or jade jewellery to turn up the vamp factor at a luxury resort.

2. French Connection Carnival kaftan (£40). This fun loose fitting kaftan features a nice and subtle floral print it can take you from the beach to a nice beach side bar for after sun drinks. Perfect if you’re on holidays and don’t want to rush back to your room to change.

Designer swimwear for beach holidays

designerswim-dec07.jpg

Whether you’re planning to go somewhere warm and sunny over the Christmas break, or if you like to stock up now before all the beautiful designer pieces are sold out, these are three fabulous designer swimwear pieces worth looking twice at. L-R: I love this Marc by Marc Jacobs bikini, it’s great for the sporty girl who still wants to look a sexy and stylish with the multicoloured swirl pattern giving it a nice touch. The print on this Matthew Williamson bikini is fabulous, with the low cut back and thin halter neck straps giving it a delicate touch. This Missoni bikini is perfect for the girl who just wants to lounge around a resort of beach all day with designer sunglasses perched on her face and designer beach bag by her sun chair.

Piedras Embellished bandeau bikini

piedrasbikini.jpg The latest Net-A-Porter newsletter has a fantastic offer of free postage until mid next week – free postage worldwide that is! Now this may not be too big of a deal for those in the UK, but shipping to anyone outside of Europe will set us back £30. Just enter the code ‘FREESHIP’ when checking out.

Now with that deal I was inclined to do a little window shopping. I didn’t find anything fabulous (that I could afford), but I did find this 1970s style gold lame bandeau bikini by Piedras with matching high waisted boy shorts. It made me giggle at first. Would anyone wear a high waisted gold lame bikini? It could look very glamorous on and very Ursula Andress-eqsue. It’s been marked down by 60% to £45.96 – would you buy it?
