I had slight technical errors with last week's Style This, so I'm opening it up for another week...
It's Monday afternoon, which can mean only one thing. It's time to sharpen your styling skills and get creative with Style This. This week, I want to see you create the perfect outfit including this Monsoon top, which I picked because I wanted to see how you guys tackled the fussy high collar and flock-style print.
Create your outfit using the free outfit creation tool Polyvore, and then either send it as an ecard from the site or send the link in an email to gemma@shinymedia.com (with the subject 'style this Oct 27th). Remember to include your name too, or I'll have to use your Polyvore username.
Get your entries in by Friday morning, the gallery will go up in the afternoon for you to vote.

Thanks to everyone who entered, there were some really cute creations and I think you did really well considering the limitations of the dress. Style This went on a little break during fashion week madness, but now the hype has calmed down and things are back to normal at Shiny Towers, it's time for you to get your creative juices flowing again, styling an outfit around a piece I've chosen to challenge you. This week it's Jane Norman's nod to Alaia, a bodycon bandage dress in purple and black.
Submit your outfit by creating the look on Polyvore, the free outfit creation tool (it's much easier than making up images yourself). When you're done, send a link to your outfit in an email to gemma@shinymedia.com with the subject 'Style This Oct 20th', or click 'send this set as an e-card' in Polyvore, and send it to me that way.

We didn't have a Style This challenge last week because of the bank holiday in the UK, but it's back this week, and hopefully you'll all have fun bringing out the beauty in this baby.
This week's piece is a dress from Whistles' latest collection, and I hope the combo of navy and silver grey will be as inspiring as it is challenging. It'll be tough to avoid this one looking mumsy, but I know you can do it.

On Monday the challenge was set for you guys to style an outfit around a tan-coloured 3.1 Phillip Lim dress. I've been really excited to see the different ways people have accessorised the frock, and I've had real trouble picking a favourite (it still changes even now, though I love Jule's unexpected use of hot pink (below).
