It seems the rumours were true.... Here is your first look at Taylor Momsen modelling for New Look. As we reported last year, the Gossip Girl starlet is the new face of the retailer's spring/summer 2010 campaign, following in the footsteps of Alexa Chung and Lily Allen. The high street store's casual-yet-cool collection seems to really suit the young actress, known for her grungy, "don't give a s**t" style.
As always, the front rows (FROWs) at Paris Couture Week have been a prime location to star spot. Our own Alexa Chung appeared on the FROW at the Chanel show along with the much-talked about 13-year-old fashion blogger, Tavi of Style Rookie. The pair horsed around for the paparazzi, with Alexa revealing that she "in talks with different channels," after the cancellation of her MTV show.
To see who else we've spotted on the FROWs, read on...
After revealing their latest campaign starring Madonna last month, the boys at Dolce & Gabbana have finally unveiled the whole campaign via their website Swide.com. Looking as sultry as ever, the Queen of Pop reveals a more playful side in these black-and-white shots taken by Steven Klein.
Check out the rest of the campaign after the jump...
Whispers that Dannii Minogue could soon be launching a clothing line have been swirling for months. Now the Aussie starlet is ready to unveil her new venture to the world.
As we reported last month, the X Factor judge has teamed up with Tabitha Webb, founder of the company, Tabitha Bags, to launch a line of dresses. According to Grazia, that collection is due to launch some time this week.
Last Thursday, Dannii tweeted: "I'm so excited. Having the best day. Today I'm selling my new collection of dresses - pinching myself that the dream has come true!"
Going by her recent red carpet outing at the 2010 National Television Awards, I can't wait to see what she has come up with.
The red carpet was rolled out again this weekend for the 2010 Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards in LA. While it didn't attract quite as many big names as the Golden Globes, there was still some fine fashion to behold. Notable appearances included Diane Kruger in a stunning floor-length mustard gown by Jason Wu, Anna Paquin in a Alexander McQueen reptile print mini-dress, Christina Hendricks in a one-shoulder red Carolina Herrera number and Kate Hudson in a backless white (yes, she wore white again) dress by Emilio Pucci.
Take a quick look at the highlights from the red carpet by watching the video above.
Two of the belles from last night's National Television Awards was long-time style rivals Dannii Minogue and Cheryl Cole. The X Factor judges celebrated their win for Most Popular Television Show by glamming up the red carpet with two completely different looks. For her first public appearance since announcing her pregnancy, Dannii covered up the bump in a black-and-white striped strapless prom dress and bright red heels. While Cheryl went in a different direction by choosing this elegant soft grey floor-length chiffon gown designed by Stéphane Rolland. Lovely dress, however I'm not too keen on the matching wrist cuffs... how about you?
Her last campaign received a mixed response, but that hasn't deterred Scarlett Johansson from reprising her role as the face of Mango's Spring/Summer 2010 collection. With her hair a little longer and in a sultry shade of chestnut red, the actress models the Spanish retail's latest feminine floaty designs.
"I love working with Mango," gushed ScarJo in November. "This is the third campaign I have done with them. The photographer, Mario Sorrenti, makes me feel very comfortable: the sessions are great fun. I see Mango as a casual firm, with lots of combinations of garments, fresh and youthful".
