Elle Macpherson to host Britain's Next Top Model

ellemacpherson_beautifullife_TVpilot.jpgMove over Naomi Campbell, you've been replaced! Stepping into the hosting role at Britain's Next Top Model is Elle Macpherson.

Not only does the Aussie supermodel take over from Lisa Snowdon as presenter, she will also be executive producer of the show which is due to air in the summer.

"I am really enthusiastic and motivated to work with the team of Britain's Next Top Model. We are looking forward to finding the face that can represent the next generation," she said in a statement.

As we previously blogged, the role of host was originally offered to Campbell, who turned it down because of logistics and the amount of time she would need to commit. One model's loss is another one's gain!
