Opening with a slogan tee entitled LEAD SISTER (matched with the tiniest denim shorts I've ever seen), Sister by Sibling, the second show to hit London Fashion Week day two, was set to be one full of energy and fashionable humour.

Hair was kitch and back combed with super high volume in a retro eighties kind of a way and clothing followed suit. Think high waisted knitted swimsuits layered over with tweed coats, plaid pencil skirts matched with feminine shell tops and co-ordinated knitted twin sets. The collection came to a high on embellished loose knit crochets which had a seventies glamour feel as well as some bold animal leopard prints.

A brand honing from three designers, Sid Bryan, Joe Bates and Cozette McCreery, the Spring / Summer 2014 offering was a creative mix of different elements all coming together. Of the collection, the designers discussed the embellished elements attributing them to "Legendary stylist, Carlyne Cerf De Dudzeele and her inspirational juxtaposition of couture and sportswear in her shoots, lady sportswear in that American luxury way rather than gym kit, soft colours framed in black and Swarovski crystal elements."
