The world of fandoms and fashion look set to collide with Capitol Couture force this November as luxury fashion retailer NET-A-PORTER plays host to an exclusive Hunger Games collection designed by costume designer and stylist Trish Summerville!

Consisting of 16 ready-to-wear pieces including laser cut leather, jewellery and dramatic eveningwear, 'Capitol Couture by Trish Summerville' will launch ahead of the franchises highly anticipated second film, 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire', which is released worldwide on November 22nd of this year. So far only one sketch has been released (below) but we're already buzzing with excitement! Summerville - who will be presented with the honour of Costume Designer of the Year this evening at the 10th Annual Style Awards in New York - stated "I am extremely proud of the designs that we created for 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' and there's no partner more appropriate for 'Capitol Couture' than the world's most cutting-edge luxury retailer."

Fashion Director of NET-A-PORTER.COM, Holli Rogers, also expressed her excitement over the forthcoming collection: "Our customers take their style cues from myriad sources, from the latest runway shows and street trends to TV and film. We're delighted to provide our customers with the chance to purchase limited-edition pieces designed by one of the most original costume designers in the industry today."

We're no strangers to seeing celebrated designers like Alexander McQueen appear in The Hunger Games, but will you make like Katniss Everdeen (or perhaps more appropriately, Effie Trinket) and add a high-end collaboration piece to your wardrobe this season?
