GALLERY: Miranda Kerr goes grunge for Mango AW13
It's not the first time Miranda Kerr has fronted high street chain Mango's new season collection, far from it, but I think they're getting better and better. Following in the footsteps of past Mango faces including Scarlett Johansson, Penelope Cruz, Milla Jovovich, Naomi Campbell, Eva Herzigova, Claudia Schiffer, Christy Turlington and Kate Moss, Miranda continues to do the brand's new season offering justice.
Shot against a Manhattan skyline, Miranda appears in the atmospheric photographs wearing the Autumn / Winter 2013 collection which has a cool and ultra lust-worthy grunge feel including punk inspired red tartan separates, leather textures and nineties inspired sillhouettes. The campaign was shot by Dutch photographers Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin. Miranda said, "I had a great time shooting the Fall/Winter campaign for Mango with Inez and Vinoodh. They are an amazing team to work with, and we have such a good time together. The clothing is especially fun this season with a punk-inspired edge".
She added, "I loved that Inez and Vinoodh kept the look of the campaign very raw and natural and I think it compliments the collection very well. They did a fantastic job, as always!"
