She hasn't posed for a men's magazine for the past seventeen years, but it seems now the time is right for British supermodel Kate Moss. The 39 year old 5ft 7" beauty has starred on many a front cover and feature page over the last two decades for women's magazines, think Vogue, Elle and the like, but she's kept her world famous face clear of the men's mags, until now. Kate is set to front Esquire magazine's September issue which is a special, "Made in Britain" edition celebrating all things British.

Shot by Craig McDean and styled Katy England, Kate can be seen sporting nearly naked jewel embellishments in the softly lit shoot. Kate wears an embellished bodysuit by London Fashion Week designer, Marios Schwab in one shot, whilst the other sees her sport a diamond and crystal bra and crystal showgirl knickers by Mairead Lewin Vintage.

Esquire editor Alex Blimes said of the shoot, "Kate Moss is my generations embodiment of home grown sex, glamour, hedonism and insouciant cool. She's also a uniquely British figure, and one who for too long has been monopolised by women's fashion magazines. So I am thrilled that we've persuaded her to front our special issue dedicated to this country's most stylish people and products. I really can't imagine anyone better suited to the job".

What do you make of the shots? The September issue of Esquire goes on sale from Wednesday 31st July.
