Rita Ora has been signed up as the official face of Madonna's clothing collection, Material Girl this upcoming season, so you'd be forgiven for thinking these were the first shots from the queen of pop's campaign. But no. You'd also be forgiven for thinking this is the material girl herself having some kind of flashback to the eighties. Not that either. It's controversial Rita herself pulling her best poses out of the bag for her latest appearance in, and on the cover of, Interview Magazine Germany.

The popstrel is known for wearing what she wants and not really caring what the world thinks, which has led to both fashion wins and fashion fails. Either way its safe to say the fashion world has embraced her with open arms of late.

For the shoot which features in the August issue and goes on sale today, Rita is styled up by Klaus Stockhausen sporting eighties Madonna inspired get up and true to form, she mixes things up with a healthy dose of provocative posing.

Rita tweeted snaps from shoot, thanking the queen of pop herself for inspiration, "Inspired by the Queens of all Queens Madonna. Thank you for existing!"

What do you make of Rita's Madonna inspired shoot? Just think what the Material Girl ads are going to look like...
