Rihanna recruits Erin Wasson for Styled to RockRihanna has recruited two more mentors for her television series, Styled to Rock. Erin Wasson and Pharrell Williams join the reality TV show, which aims to find the next fashion design superstar.

Wasson and Williams come on board for the new US series after Henry Holland and Nicola Roberts, who mentored design hopefuls in last year's UK Sky Living series. The show saw contestants design for music artists including Kanye West, Little Mix and The Saturdays. The overall winner was 22-year-old, Zainab Vandu-Chikolo, whose black and gold two piece outfit comprising of bloomer shorts and cropped top, was worn by Rihanna at her London concert last year.

"As a leading model and mainstay in the fashion industry, Erin's unapologetic approach to fashion and free-spirited style will give the Styled to Rock designers invaluable insight," said Salaam Coleman Smith, president of Style Media. "With Rihanna as executive producer and Pharrell and Erin as mentors, our designers will gain incredible experience while also being challenged in new ways as they compete to earn the title of America's next trendsetting designer."

As for Wasson's design credentials, she launched her jewellery line, Low Luv, in March 2010. She also collaborated with French label, Zadig & Voltaire, in January 2011 to create a collection based on her own rock 'n' roll sense of style.

The new season of Styled to Rock is set to air in the US later this year.
