Celeb mums Jessica Alba and Nicole Richie cuddled up to each other over the weekend at The First Annual Baby2Baby Gala in LA. The event honoured Ms Alba in particular, but both stars sit on the board of the non-profit organisation, which looks after families in need, providing them with clothes and baby supplies that they otherwise couldn't afford.

Both ladies opted for a romantic, pastel pink look for the gala. Jessica wore a floral strewn short-sleeved gown in pale pink from the Valentino Resort 2013 collection, which looked absolutely gorgeous with her simple hair and Harry Winston jewels.

Nicole went for a 1930s inspired look in a long beaded gown by Lorena Sarbu (from the FW 2012 collection) finished off with the Marley box clutch from her own label, House of Harlow 1960, and her hair in romantic marcel waves.

Emulating this beautiful, romantic look is easier than you think on the high street. Miss Selfridge has taken obvious inspiration from Valentino with their pastel-hued, flower strewn creations, and they also have a killer 30s style dress with beading and sequins...
