In this three ways to wear we're putting three very different spins on a classic with a twist from the much loved and copied Burberry Prorsum Autumn / Winter collection.
The tweed pencil skirt with ruffled front was teamed with a puffy jacket and owl t-shirt on the catwalk, but we have three looks that we think work just as well if you don't want to go top-to-toe Burberry.
For day add a slouchy knit, a chic daytime handbag (Gucci, natch) wool tights and chelsea boots, all in tonal greys and taupes. For evening, add a bold colour by teaming a sleek blue baroque top with a clutch and killer heels. For a more ostentatious high fashion look, add a Mary Katrantzou print and some clashing pink accessories to really grab people's attention.
