House of Holland's SS13 Buzz Kill at London Fashion Week
According to sources, the House of Holland girl has developed an attitude problem. Yes, for the Spring / Summer 2013 season, expect nothing less than rebellious style and fashion with an edge from Styled to Rock front man Henry Holland. The northern-born designer showcased his new take on the upcoming season to a packed house (or car park?) in London's Soho, where the usual selection of super-cool fashion faces were sat front row to view the even cooler collection.
Always a champion of leading design talent each season, we know that Henry designs for the super-cool and styled up London girl, that, lets face it, we all want to be. So each and every time we sit down to watch his collection showcase at London Fashion Week, it comes as no surprise that we're left lusting, wanting and looking eagerly to the new season. So following his colour craze and zig zag designs last season for Autumn / Winter 2012, could Henners impress again?
The most iconic nineties new rave songs you can think of blasted from speakers in the car park, which made way nicely for the corresponding collection which was awaiting the full house. Inspirations lay in the form of grunge, glamour and glory, with highlights including multi colour mixes of tie dye, oversized shadow checks, super luxe metallic floral jacquard and patent shiny leather. Shapes took a relaxed and rebellious form with the looks coming to life in through the styling which included embellished beanies and paired up prints, and rumour has it, Henry did it all himself. Check out the amazing looks for yourself in the video below, and let us know what you think in the comments.
