Emma Watson goes bold in Peter Pilotto
Emma Watson was in a playful mood at the MTV Video Music Awards last night, turning to London-based design team Peter Pilotto for her bold, heavily textured mini dress, which she teamed with strappy Tom Ford shoes.
Emma was at the awards on the arm of co-star Ezra Miller, promoting her latest film, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, a teen drama based on Stephen Chbosky's novel of the same name.
Emma has cited this movie as an important experience, helping her to realise that acting really is what she wants to do. This may sound odd after ten years of Harry Potter, but having played the same character for so long, perhaps she struggled to know if she could play anyone else.
It's safe to say she's definitely left Hermione Granger behind both on and off screen - every time we see her she looks cooler and more confident than ever and we love this edgy, fun look on her.
