Earlier this morning to kick start day 4 of London Fashion Week in style, the fashion pack relocated to a Soho car park (yes, car park) to see what Antonio Berardi has in mind for the upcoming Spring / Summer 2013 season.

With the trends we're spotting at London Fashion Week for Spring / Summer 2013 spanning a sporty, modern and minimalist aesthetic, we were intrigued to see what master of all things opulent and detailed, Antonio Berardi, would come up with for the season.

The Central Saint Martins graduate, who has made a real name for himself for those must-have signature dresses, gave his take on sporty and modern and the result was a good one. The show started with a series of fit and flare dresses which were sporty in terms of texture, colour and minimalistic shape, but Berardi included elements of his usual opulent detail in the embellished sleeves and mix of textures. Colours were pastel, white and the SS13 favourite, cobalt blue. Injections of neon accented the pieces and brought the looks to life.

More interesting and non-Berardi-esque shapes followed, where the fit and flare form took shape on jackets, teamed with cycling shorts. Cobalt blue hit the catwalk once again in a masculine tailored suit which popped with neon underneath.

Then came the embellishment; sapphire blue embellishment took form on whites and blacks, as well as on asymmetric length dresses in popping neon. This definitely goes down as one of my favourite SS13 shows of London Fashion Week so far. See it all in the video below.
