Every now and then you spot a UK high street retailer (usually one of the more high-end ones that thinks nothing of charging £100+ for a dress) suddenly cropping up at red carpet events in the USA. It happened with French Connection in The Hills era, when not a day went by without a starlet wearing sparkly shifts like the 'Spirit Catcher' sequinned dress.

Then suddenly the likes of Eva Longoria and Nicole Scherzinger started flying the flag for Karen Millen, choosing her cocktail frocks for nights out.

Now it's the turn of Ted Baker, who's PR team have obviously been in overdrive making sure the photographic florals and pretty prints are seen on all the big names in teen telly.

One such star is Sophia Bush, who wore the Larinda Decoupage print skirt to a party last night. You can buy the skirt now for £99 at Ted Baker.

Meanwhile 14-year-old fashionista Bella Thorne chose the Sammya dress featuring a bust panel of the popular Parisian Birdie print to the premiere of The Odd Life of Timothy Green. It's sold out online but one eBay seller is flogging most sizes for £75.

Here in the UK, Ted Baker's biggest fan is probably Tulisa Contostavlos, who wore the rose and bug print swimsuit in her Young video. It's £69 at ASOS.
