It's here -the first look at the much-anticipated September issue of US Vogue magazine starring Lady Gaga. The cover of 120th anniversary issue is what you might expect - bold, big and beautiful. Photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott and styled by Grace Coddington, Gaga appears almost unrecognisable in a blonde afro wig and wearing a fuchsia off-the-shoulder gown by Marc Jacobs. Inside the 120-page issue, the singer waxes lyrical about her new Fame fragrance. "It must be black. It must be enticing. You must want to lick and touch and feel it, but the look of it must terrify you," she said. [Vogue]
It is wedding bells for one of my favourite fashion mavens, Kate Bosworth. The actress accidentally let slip of her engagement to Michael Polish during a travel diary update for Vogue.com. "On our first day in Seoul, my fiancé... and I venture out to discover Changdeokgung Palace," she wrote. Oops, never mind I am thrilled for her! [Vogue.com]
In further good news, Fearne Cotton and her boyfriend Jesse Wood have announced they are expecting their first child together. The TV presenter revealed on Twitter that she is pregnant and due to give birth to her first bub later this year. "We are over the moon, morning sickness aside (me, not Jess) and looking forward to the little Cotton Woods arrival," she tweeted. [Daily Mail]
As we previously blogged MTV is bringing back its cult fashion show, House of Style. Now some of fashion's most famous faces have united for a documentary about the revived series. The short film includes interviews with Cindy Crawford, Coco Rocha, Karlie Kloss, Azealia Banks, and others who reflect on why the show was such an important part of the fashion industry.
