She's been at it again. Yes, The Duchess of Cambridge has been at her fashionably economic best yet again by recycling yet another formal shift dress and giving it a double wear. The £150 Bella dress from Whistles was last seen at the Queen's Jubilee concert, and its second outing last night has caused somewhat of a stir in the fashion world. Taking her seat next to brother in law Prince Harry, Kate matched the printed blue dress with a ribbon tie waist belt and we're sure, a pair of navy courts.

Bad news Kate fashion fans, the exact Whistles Bella dress in the blue print has sold out (who's surprised?). BUT, if you're keen to steal K-Middy's style, it is available in a chic leopard print version, which we think is equally as Kate-esque - don't you? Want it? Check it out over at Whistles for £150 above.
