Update: Kate Moss in George Michael's 'White Light' music video trailer
Update, 15/7/12: Following our story on Friday about Kate Moss's new music video appearance for George Michael, I can now reveal to you a sneak peek. A 20-second teaser trailer has been uploaded to YouTube which shows the British model starring in the video for Michael's forthcoming single, White Light. In the clip she stands opposite the singer amongst a crowd of dancing half-naked people, and flips a coin into the air.
For her cameo appearance, Kate sports a big furry coat, black painted fingernails, and boho waves, depicting Michael's black angel who apparently saves him. The video will make its début on July 17. Regarded as his comeback to music, the single White Light will be released to help mark 30 years since his first-ever single with Wham!, Wham! Rap, was launched in 1982.
So excited was George to include Kate in his video, he tweeted last week: "The video you are waiting for is choc full of serious eye candy, and believe it or not, I'm not talking about me!"
"Oh and by the way, in the video, a certain supermodel (our Kate) saves my life. We shot two endings, one with the Heimlich manoeuvre... and one where she gives me full on CPR. Mouth to mouth. Not really:}"
It is believed he approached the Croydon-born model after she told the Telegraph in May she wished she was in Michael's 1996 model-infested Freedom video. Moss has since gone on to make guest appearances in music clips for Primal Scream and The White Stripes.
Keep your eyes peeled on July 17 for the full White Light music video.
