Natalie Portman blooms as she shoots new Miss Dior Cherie campaign
Natalie Portman has gotten back in front of the camera to shoot a new campaign for her role as the face of Miss Dior Cherie fragrance. The 31-year-old was spotted last month shooting the adverts in the Jardins du Palais Royal, Paris.
Making good use of her training as a ballet dancer from the 2010 film, Black Swan, Natalie performed dance moves in a fountain wearing a long black sheer Dior gown. After being helped into the water by several assistants, the Academy Award-winning actress swirled around with her arms raised in the air in an effort to channel the famous fountain scene from Frederico Fellini's La Dolce Vita. Later that day, Portman sported an elaborate headdress made from real roses and was photographed within one of the French capital's most famous gardens. With her hair pulled back in a chic bun, the actress posed in a sea of red, pink and lavender-coloured roses.
Natalie was announced as the face of Miss Dior Cherie in December 2010. Her début commercial was directed by Sofia Coppola, while the print ads showed her wearing nothing but a girlish bow black headband. In June last year, Portman gave birth to a baby boy named Aleph.
As of yet there are no further details on when we might see the results of this new campaign for Miss Dior Cherie fragrance, but as soon as we hear of anything you guys will be the first to know about it!
