Karlie Kloss hits the cover of British Vogue's September issue
It is a second September issue for Karlie Kloss! The American model graces the September cover of British Vogue following another recent September cover for Vogue Japan. Talk about a double whammy!
For her Vogue UK cover, Kloss digs out her inner 70s goddess thanks to a pair of very high waisted gold printed tight skinny trousers, orange belt, and clashing printed silk shirt. Hmm... yes well the jury is still out for me on this whole ensemble which isn't really helped by Karlie's semi-lunge style pose, which has been photographed by Nick Knight. Furthermore I am rather opposed the sickly orange and pink cover headlines, blergh.
And it seems a few of the readers over at The Fashion Spot forums agree with me, although opinions are divided amongst fashion fans. So far some of the comments have described the cover as "tragic," and "really awful." While others are saying it is "sensational" and "super sexy." Personally I prefer her Vogue Japan cover over this one, which sees her wearing a YSL chainmail dress with oversized amethyst earrings, slicked back hair and an intense, steely gaze. Check it out here.
I'd love to hear your opinions on this September issue cover. Tell me, what are your thoughts on Karlie's latest gig for British Vogue?
