This week we packed up our laptops and headed straight to Graduate Fashion Week to keep our peepers open for future fashion pioneers. We were lucky enough to bag front row seats to the UCA Epsom show and boy, did we find 'em!

Seated to dim lights and the sounds of the rainforest, we were wowed as the music mixed into B.J. Thomas's 'Raindrops keep falling on my head' whilst quite aptly Anya Edwards eclectic umbrella inspired designs floated along the runway with models donning adorable boucle jackets and pastel jacquards.

Innovator James Walker caught everybody's attention with his wild designs incorporating vintage accordions, body harnessing and mixed tweeds pulled together with pilot-like circular sunglasses; kudos to his outstanding use of a suitcase constructed into a one piece; a real must-see.

We proceeded to fall in love with Miss Cecilia Lake's antique rug creations twisting together furs, tassles and Turkish prints. We have to say, we were enchanted by her sketchbook during a little pre-show research.

Our UCA highlight has to be handed to the bewitching Kelly Bromfield for her beautifully detailed electrical prints; think Mary Katrantzou meets Bill Gates. We could see her work easily translated on the high street in a flash. Put aside the quilted jacket Kel, because our names are written all over it.
