The fashion at Royal Ascot hit its peak yesterday where the Berkshire race course held its infamous ladies day. It might have been raining in true British style, but the gaggles of gorgeous girls didn't let that dampen their spirits.

The third day of the week-long event played host the most fabulous fashion we've seen from Royal Ascot so far, with an array of looks to inspire and delight. Our personal favourite was model, TV presenter and fashion journalist, Louise Roe who wore a digital floral printed number by Vanessa G, sunshine yellow fascinator and oversized studded clutch. Katherine Jenkins also made headlines showing off her new svelte figure in a silvery grey ensemble with asymmetric hat.

Other guests included Hillary Alexander, Milner Stephen Jones who we think would have spotted a fair few of his creations amongst the crowds, Karen Brady, Liz Jones and Liberty London Girl. Amy Childs made an entrance staying from her usual style with shift dress and lady bag (don't worry the fake tan, extensions and fake nails were still very much present).

The fashionable femmes definitely provide a source of outfit inspiration for any summer events you might have coming up. Check out the looks in the gallery by clicking on the image above. If you're still looking for some event wear inspiration, check out our Three Ways to Wear and our What to Wear.
