This Tadashi Shoji runway look from the Fall 2012 collections is definitely a difficult dress to pull off. Mena Suvari and Florence Welch tried different colors and lengths, and you can vote on who you think wore it best below.

Suvari wisely shortened the runway dress for her petite frame for an American Pie Reunion appearance in Madrid. This is a great color and print for Spain! I like it with her bob, though the heaviness of the hairstyle overwhelms her face a little bit. I'd also like to see her in a real lip color, though I'm sure she was trying to avoid clashing with the dress. The length is very cute and flattering, but might render the look a bit top-heavy. she wore it with some chunky shoes, which work with this silhouette. It's certainly a very bold print and shouldn't be busied with flamboyant accessories.

Welch opted for a full-length green version for the MSN sponsored Florence + The Machine Las Vegas after party at the Marquee Nightclub at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. This seems like a bit of a somber look for an afterparty in Vegas, but it's not like Welch does sequin minis or typical party clothes and nor would we want her to. I like her hair and that she went with some eclectic rings to accessorize the look.
