Charlize Theron at Prometheus London premiere

A blue carpet meant a blue dress for Charlize Theron last night. The stunning actress wowed onlookers in Leicester Square at the London premiere of her new film Prometheus. As one of my all-time girl crushes, Charlize pulled out another great look by choosing a Christian Dior Couture spangly midnight blue strapless minidress. Featuring a sexy thigh split, the sequinned design offered the perfect opportunity for the 36-year-old to show off a bit of leg.

The actress set flashbulbs off in a pair of black strappy Dior sandals and Bulgari bracelet and ring. She kept her hair down and simple, wearing in a middle part and curled out at the ends. Her fresh face made it seem as though she was wearing no make-up at all, of course we all know this isn't the case. Maybe it is the new effect motherhood is having on her which is making her appear so radiant right now.

Outside The Empire cinema Theron bumped into her co-star Noomi Rapace who opted for a gorgeous 1920s-style black sparkly gown. They shared a joke as they posed for photographers with their male co-stars Michael Fassbender and Logan Marshall-Green. Directed by Ridley Scott, Prometheus is a horror sci-fi movie which follows a team of explorers who discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth. They are taken on a journey to the darkest corners of the universe where they must engage in a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race. Sound familiar much?! Watch the trailer here.
