Georgia May Jagger has stepped up to replace Kelly Osbourne as the new face of Madonna's line, Material Girl. The British model will represent the brand which is a collaboration between Madge and her daughter Lourdes, whose nickname is Lola.

"To be handpicked by Madonna and Lola as the new face of Material Girl is truly amazing. I've always admired Madonna's style and I'm thrilled to be working with them," said the 20-year-old model in a statement.

Jagger will feature in a back-to-school campaign for Material Girl which is sold exclusively at Macy's stores in the US. It is also distributed throughout Canada, and will soon hit stores in the UK, Europe and Australia next summer.

In addition to Osbourne, Gossip Girl's Taylor Momsen has also previously fronted a campaign for the brand. And more recently three 'real' girls became ambassadors for the junior's line. Of course this isn't Jagger's first campaign. She has previously starred in a string of high fashion ads and has graced the pages of several glossies including Vogue, Harper's Bazaar and ELLE. Her most recent ad campaign was alongside Pixie Geldof for Fashion Targets Breast Cancer. Georgia followed in the footsteps of her famous supermodel mother, Jerry Hall, by lending her support to the worthy cause.
