She has her prince, she has her castle, now Kate Middleton has her own waxworks figure. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been immortalised in wax at Madame Tussauds in London and unveiled to the public this morning.

The couple have been recreated in poses captured for their engagement photos. For the figure, Daniella Helayel of Issa actually designed a replica of that blue Issa long-sleeved dress. Meanwhile Wills is dressed in a replica Gieves and Hawkes navy two-piece suit.

The figures cost £150,000 each to create and two a team of artists four months to complete. Inside the museum, Kate and William are situated next to other members of the Royal family including Her Majesty The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, as well as Princess Harry and the late Princess Diana.
