Those crazy fashion kids. Always reinventing the classics. Today WWD focuses on the influx of short suiting for Fall 2012. Wearability depends on the unlikely combination of a dressy enough workplace to wear a suit, but a relaxed enough workplace to wear shorts.

"It might not hit the American Express office, but I could see it at Ogilvy & Mather," Tibi's Amy Smilovic told WWD. Her brand's offering includes a sleek wool, nylon and Lycra shirt and matching Bermuda shorts (not shown).

"The restrictions on suiting have been lifting. A lot of people who you thought were always in a classic tailored suit are able to be more playful with it," said Nanette Lepore, whose wool cotton and acrylic houndstooth jacket and shorts are shown above along with Yeohlee's linen, viscose and wool jacket, shorts and shell.

The look is sure to hit High Street, will you be buying?
