Victoria Beckham has spilled the beans from her life as a fashion designer to how she shed her baby weight so quickly. Speaking to Hamish Bowles, the former Spice Girl touched on different aspects of her life in the April issue of US Vogue.

Speaking about winning the Designer Brand Award at the British Fashion Awards, she said: "When they read my name, I literally felt like my heart was going to jump out of my body. I'm so appreciative of my past. I respect all the [Spice] girls and really enjoyed what I did then, but this is what I love to do. I didn't plan on getting up in front of the whole British fashion industry and not keeping my cool, but I was overwhelmed; I cried three times."

Following the recent birth of her fourth child, Harper Seven, Victoria spoke of how she got her shape back so quickly. "I worked out a lot. I ran a lot. I did it six days a week. I become quite obsessive when I get into something."

As for what it was like to attend the Royal Wedding last year with hubby David Beckham, she revealed: "First, obviously, we were very, very excited. What do you wear to the biggest wedding ever - when you're enormously pregnant?" One of her own modified designs from her AW11 collection, so it seems.
