Further details of Karl Lagerfeld's exclusive line for Net-a-Porter have emerged at Europe's biggest tech conference. The Chanel designer spoke at Le Web 2011 about his upcoming partnership with Net-a-Porter in which he is set to launch an exclusive online collection. He confirmed that the collection will simply be called Karl. NAP's Natalie Massenet said it will be a more accessible and affordable brand, due to go live on the shopping website on January 25.

"We will make fashion and technology history," he says. He added that the launch will include augmented reality, social media and much more.

While at Le Web, Lagerfeld offered a sneak peek at the collection via a short video clip. He also revealed he is a big tech fan and that he relies heavily on iPad to enhance his work. He also carries a suitcase with four iPhones, an iPod and his iPad. Go Karl!
