Gisele Bundchen is certainly on a roll at the moment. The Brazilian supermodel has landed her second major ad campaign for the Spring/Summer 2012 season this time for Givenchy. The campaign was photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, who also shot Gisele for the Versace S/S '12 campaign.
Accompanied by a black pick-up truck, a couple of surfboards, a dog and models Mariacarla Boscono, Chris Moore and Simone Nobili, Gisele hits the beach for the moody, Gothic-style campaign. It is no surprise with Riccardo Tisci at the helm that these ads would be a bit dark, they almost have that gloomy, Twilight feel about them.
Tisci described the atmosphere as "the expression of a love story between a surfer and a mermaid."
Hmm... not quite sure I see the connection, can you? The campaign will break in February.
