A couple of months ago we showed you a preview of Emily Blunt's new television commercial to promote Yves Saint Laurent's Opium fragrance. Here is the full version of that TV ad in all it's opulent glory.

Just like in Bulgari ad for Mon Jasmin Noir starring Kirsten Dunst, Emily appears alongside a member of the big cat family. Although not a cheetah, as I was corrected previously, the British actress actually pats a real life leopard during commercial as she strides past the animal on her to way to picking up a bottle of Opium.

Despite looking right at home in this commercial, even with a leopard on set, when asked why she was chosen to represent the brand, Emily told the Telegraph: "I don't know. I've no idea. There was no one else? They made a mistake, a terrible mistake."

Hmm... I'm not so sure about that. Perhaps she is simply Blunt by name, blunt by nature.

Emily also revealed that she suggested wearing a dress instead of the iconic YSL tuxedo, however she quickly changed her mind.

"I got word back that the leopard trainer says, "If you have flowing fabric around the leopard the leopard will go crazy .' So I said yes to the tux. "

Fair enough!
