cheryl_prideofbritain.jpgRumours are doing the rounds that Cheryl Cole is in talks to host a fashion TV show next year.

It seems despite her infamous axing as a judge on the US version of X Factor, Cole isn't about to stop exploring other potential television projects. According to reports, she has been busy negotiating a deal with Channel 4 to host a fashion-based programme.

It is believed she has turned down any offers to return to ITV where her star rose as a judge on the UK X Factor, including a spot on another Simon Cowell's show, Britain's Got Talent, to pursue other opportunities. Sources have told The Sun, Cheryl is keen to work on a show that has "a bit more depth to it than just a frivolous fashion show."

A spokesperson for Channel 4 confirmed they were speaking to the Girls Aloud singer, but said it was "early days."
