There was plenty of flesh on show at the Helmut Lang Spring 2012 show Saturday afternoon. For designers, Nicole and Michael Colovos, their first runway show for the label (and the label's first show since 2007) the collection relied heavily on strong cuts and contrasts.

On a palette of mostly black and white, with a dash of yellow, this wasn't a collection for the shy. Bare legs, midriffs, arms and shoulders were everywhere. Alongside that was draping in tunic tops and deconstructed dresses where hemlines were angled. See a catwalk video after the jump...
