CQ's Guide to Vogue's Fashion Night Out
So it's that time of year again and we can't contain our excitment; Vogue's Fashion Night Outhappens this week and with 17 worldwide destinations, from Manhattan to Milan, the event is set to be bigger than ever. With over 281 brands taking part in London, come Thursday 8th of September the city will be full of fashion's fanatics ready to shop 'til they drop! Here at Catwalk Queen, we thought we'd give you a cheeky run down of the best places to go and people to see to make sure you get the most out of the event. So here's the lowdown of how to do Vogue's Fashion Night Out the CQ way...
6.00pm: First stop has to be Asprey on New Bond Street where Vogue Editor Alexandra Shulman will be hosting the event's official launch.
6.30pm: Pop over to Bruton Street shop where Matthew Williamson will unveil his new diffusion line alongside model Edie Campbell - you can also bag yourself a limited edition MW tee there too!
7.00pm: Quick stop at Mulberry on Bond Street where you can strike a pose in their photo booth and have your nails painted.
7.30pm: Nip into Alexander McQueen on Bond Street who will have their exclusive FNO skull key ring for sale.
8.00pm: Next stop - Dior on New Bond Street; where DJ Liberty Ross will play the soundtrack as you do your thing in the 'Miss Dior' black taxi photo booth.
8:30pm: Take a small detour to Liberty for the launch of Lulu + Co and rub shoulders with the likes of Richard Nicoll, Jonathan Saunders, Simone Rocha and Michael Van der Ham.
9:00pm : Head back to New Bond Street where Miu Miu is a must; here you can style up your most fabulous forties look - the best of which will feature on the Miu Miu website.
10:00pm: Relax with cocktails and cool tunes at Jimmy Choo's New Bond Street as you browse the new AW11 collection - make sure you get snapped on their Red Carpet on your way in too!
Finally, if you're not exhausted by that time, why not try and blag your way into Mahiki for the Vogue Fashion Night Out DKNY afterparty? We've heard a rumour that the Mahiki Coconut cocktail is to die for!
