FNO_graphic.jpgLooks like the UK team will be super busy completing their London Fashion's Night Out schedule, and I've recruited Zara to help me out here in the states. New York is serious about Fashion's Night Out. I had the opportunity to be there for the first event, and it was more crowded than Christmastime on the streets, pure madness in the stores. It seemed designers and celebrities had appearances on every corner, and it's only gotten bigger since. How do you decide what to do when the invites start piling up? Here's some of my priorities.

4:00 p.m.: Head over to The Body Shop on Broadway to get "Runway Ready" with a celebrity makeup artist and check out The Body Shop makeup line for Kiss and Makeup. The press get in a little early but you can start booking appointments from 6 - 9 p.m., call 212-979-2944.

5:00 p.m.: Next, up, hair! Frederick Fekkai is hosting a Fashion's Night Out Pre-Party for "A Fekkai Night Out" pampering services. This event is just for press, but don't worry, Fekkai stylists will be on hand at Christian Louboutin boutiques to create glamorous evening coiffures from 6 - 11 p.m. at the Horatio Street, New York and West Hollywood and Dallas Christian Louboutin boutiques. The Frederic Fekkai salon at Saks Fifth Avenue will host a personal appearance by Frederic Fekkai unveiling the Hair by Fekkai - Life by You cinematic campaign from 6 - 8 p.m.

6 p.m.: Going to the Fekkai event at Saks? Then you'll also want to stop by the 8th floor. Have Mystic Michelle do a tarot card reading to celebrate the launch of the new Fine Fragrance Collection from Molton Brown, "Navigations Through Scent." If you have your cards read you can get a free sample from the best-selling Body Essentials core collection while supplies last. Spend $140 and get another special gift!

7 p.m.: I can't wait to check out the new Rebecca Taylor flagship boutique in the Meatpacking district, at 34 Gansevoort Street. I'll be ready for some Svedka cocktails, Blooming Cake Pops and DJs. There's also a "Step and Repeat" style competition judged by Saucy Glossie. The event runs from 6 - 11 p.m.

8 p.m.: It's not a shopping night without hitting Sephora. Lancome's Michelle Phan will be at the Times Square store showing her Hypnôse Doll Lashes video and Sephora staff will be offering "lash transformations." Lancome will also be having events at Macy's Herald Square and Saks Fifth Avenue.

9 p.m.: Coco Rocha, Abbey Lee Kershaw, Karlie Kloss and Chanel Iman will all be at the Topshop event. Love me some model stalking. Coco will also be at Macy's celebrating the Karl Lagerfeld Collection from 5 - 7 p.m. Watch this video her husband James Conran made chronicling her prep for FNO! (I want to tell her not to touch her face after touching subway walls, gross!)

Till midnight: At this point I'll be ready to take off those heels, and will probably start writing about the day's events while watching QVC's Live Broadcast at Fashion's Night Out. The retailer has teamed up with Vogue for their Soho event that is open to the public and starts at 6 p.m. at The Suspenders Building, 428 Broadway at Howard Street. QVC has been owning FNO the past few years and tons of designers and celebs show up at their parties and on the live broadcast. They really bring out the big guns and showcase their most fashionable products from Rachel Zoe, Isaac Mizrahi, Dennis Basso and Marc Bouwer just to name a few. This year they also designed a Fashion's Night Out scarf with Vogue for $20, which benefits Fashion Targets Breast Cancer.
