Yesterday, we took a trip to John Lewis' flagship store on Oxford Street, where fashion designer, Osman Yousefzada, was showcasing his new capsule collection for the department store giants - exciting stuff!

Speaking to a clearly stressed (who wouldn't be with their SS12 collection show just around the corner?!) and effortlessly well dressed, Osman spoke about his capsule collection being a great opportunity to reach a wider audience, and we'd be inclined to agree. Presented within John Lewis' new Fashion Pavillion, a touring architectural retail installation made up of circular cardboard tubes, the pieces were kept simple with three dress styles and one coat. The sleek collection has a certain elegant edge which brings a designer feel to some truly affordable premium high street pieces.

This is only the first of many when it comes to John Lewis' exciting plans for the new Fashion Pavillion installation; Clements Ribeiro's exclusive knitwear collection and Tracey Boyd's indulgent velvet, diamond and sequins collection are set to launch on the 24th September and 8th October respectively in their flagship Oxford Street store. The new installation is set to travel the UK in November heading to Cardiff and complete its journey in Newcastle - so look out for it in your local store over the coming months!

Check out more images of the collection after the cut.
