robbie williams singing.jpgWe don't normally cover menswear on this blog, but I couldn't resist this story. Robbie Williams is breaking into the fashion biz by launching his very own clothing label for men.

Named Farrell after his grandfather Jack Farrell, Robbie's debut line will launch in time for Autumn this year. According to Drapers, it will consist of "Crombie 3/4 length coat, button shawl collar dinner jacket in herringbone and tailored trousers... casualwear pieces such as cable-knit cardigans and fleece hooded sweatshirts, and accessories including flat caps and polka dot scarves."

The superstar reportedly had an active role in the development of the line, with the aim to bring a heritage feel mixed with a modern touch to the pieces. It is also influenced by Saville Row tailoring with branding kept to a discreet minimum inside of garments.

Prices will range from £35 to £350. The line will be sold via House of Fraser, which recently signed a deal with Mary Portas, as well as online at and
