Kate Middleton in Alexander McQueen at Irish Guards medal parade
Another day, another official outing for the Duchess of Cambridge. This time she joined her husband Prince William at Windsor's Victoria Barracks for the presentation of service medals to the members of the Irish Guards. Teaming with the occasion, Kate Middleton attended the ceremony in a navy blue military-inspired coat dress from the Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2011 collection. The coat accentuated her figure and featured brass buttons down the front and epauletes, and a gold shamrock brooch which Kate pinned to her lapel.
To finish off her outfit, Kate wore a matching dark blue beret-style fascinator, which she seems to prefer to wear to formal events. She also wore a pair of navy blue heels and carried a small blue and gold hard-case clutch bag. With her hair down and curled at the ends, overall it was another stellar ensemble from the young royal. Do you agree? Tell us by leaving your comments below.
