After almost a week talent spotting at the numerous Graduate Fashion Week shows, we made it down to London College of Fashion's BA show on Tuesday. Held at The Studio in central London, the event showcased 25 young, new and exciting designers who brought a whole new level of design and skill to the table.

Based in the heart of the UK's fashion capital, LCF are renowned for nurturing fresh talent and developing them into household designer names, and this year was no exception. Creations span from the pastel toned whimsical work of Angela Bradys to the sophisticated ethnic inspired intricate textures from Charlotte Barry, the fabulously wearable knits by Sophie Redfern and the seriously desirable crochets from Chi Chi, just to name a few!

With Harold Tillman, British Fashion Council chairman and a whole host of industry professionals in attendance, the collection that stole the show for many came from Nova Chiu from Hong Kong. Nova won the prestigious Collection of the Year award and was commended for her "phenomenal technical skill and creative flair". We were wowed by her brave use of colour and confident employment of textures and detailing to create some real stand out designs.
