Gucci creates limited edition bracelet for Japan Relief
Launching on 23rd April, Gucci have created a limited edition bracelet to help support the relief efforts in earthquake and tsunami ravaged Japan. Made from non-allergenic white calf leather, white and red web, and a buckle in the shape of Gucci's iconic horsebit, the bracelet bears a round silver pendant with the letting "Gucci loves you."
The charity bracelet will go on sale in Gucci stores throughout Japan tomorrow, followed by worldwide distribution in Gucci flagships stores in Europe, United States and Asia. It will sell for $100 each, with proceeds from the sale going towards the Japanese Red Cross Society. Gucci and its parent company, PPR Luxury Group, have so far raised $3 million in donations for the Red Cross to help the victims of the Japanese earthquake.
