Rare Kate Moss photo to go under the hammer today
A rare photograph of Kate Moss, which was taken by Mario Testino, will go under the hammer at auction today. As part of the Vision 21 sale, the portrait of the supermodel taken at a cafe in 2005, could fetch anywhere up to £800. Also up for sale are intimate shots of Marilyn Monroe and Courtney Love.
The images of Monroe, titled In the Garden, On the Beach, At the Window and On the Sofa - were captured by acclaimed 20th Century photographer George Barris, in 1962. They could be snapped up for £400-600 a piece. Hard to believe that Moss may be worth more photo-wise than Monroe, huh? See the lot here.
The photograph lot is up for auction today at Bonham's, London. For more information, check out their website.
