Turn it up: Matthew Williamson creates London Fashion Week soundtrack
Need a little music inspiration to get you through the next fashion-filled week? Then Matthew Williamson's new London Fashion Week album should do the trick!
The collection for London Fashion Week will be released by the British Fashion Council/Bazaar Fashion Arts Foundation and Sony Music, who also run the Music Moves Fashion Café with live DJ sets during LFW.
"The most exciting moment is when the lights go down and the music begins at a fashion week show; selecting the right music is so crucial to expressing the inspiration behind a collection. I don't mind that it's subjective; I love how music takes people to different places," said Williamson.
Last season it was Burberry who launched their Acoustic Collection to coincide with LFW, now it's Williamson's turn. You can purchase the compilation after LFW from HMV, Amazon, Play and iTunes, as well as selected fashion boutiques, priced at £12.99
