Camilla Belle, Talulah Riley & more to walk for Alberta Ferretti
Taking a leaf out of Tom Ford's book is Alberta Ferretti. The designer will base her women's show at Pitti Uomo January on "real women" by recruiting her muses to model for her.
Some of the muses to hit the runway include Camilla Belle, Carmen Dell'Orefice, Marisa Berenson, Talulah Riley and Inés Sastre. They will model 30 limited edition looks. Some of the other notable women to walk the show include a scientific researcher, a lawyer, a psychologist and a blogger.
"My muses are always the women of today. I wanted to show my outfits on women, not only on models like in Milan," said Ferretti. "This show will be about women and not only the clothes. I wanted to personalize it."
Ferretti's show will be held at the Santo Stefano al Ponte church which is set to be transformed after 1,100 years into fashion show venue.
