Vogue lands its first pregnant cover girl... Miranda Kerr!
After posing nude with bump for W magazine, Miranda Kerr is set to make publishing history when she becomes the first pregnant supermodel to grace the cover of Vogue.
Kerr, who is due to give birth to her first child next year, posed for Vogue Australia for the January issue. "It was an honour to shoot the first ever pregnancy cover for Australian Vogue," she told the Herald Sun.
Photographed at 6-and-a-half months pregnant, Kerr features in the magazine wearing an array of designer gowns, including from Aussie designer Alex Perry, showing off her bump.
"I'm definitely taking more time out to relax and be present to the whole experience of being pregnant," she also told the paper. "Every mother I've spoken to has said you cannot explain the profound feeling of love that comes over you as soon as the baby is born. I'm really looking forward to that moment."
