For colourful, crazy, clashing prints you have to check out Diane von Furstenberg's Spring/Summer '11 collection. New York's lady label seemed to throw all caution to the wind, with a mixed bag of graphic patterns and bold colours so bright they could burn. With Nathan Jenden's tenure over, it was Yvan Mispelaer's turn to take charge and produce his interpretation of DVF's signature wrap dress. This time they were released from the body and given a loose, sporty makeover. Alongside them were acid yellow and green blouses and halters worn over tan capri trousers, high-necked mustard and plum frocks, wave-print jumpsuits, summer snoods, and floor-skimming gowns that offered sexy thigh-high splits.
