House of Holland's Spring/Summer
2011 show brought in the crowds, I mean the crowds yesterday afternoon where the frow played host to Pixie Geldof, Jamie Winstone, Agness Deyn, Nick Grimshaw, Lily Allen, Nicola Roberts and Amber Rose to name just a few!

"1970s glamour, disco and New York nightlife" was the inspiration here which made for a playful, directional collection, with a real must-have, need-to-get-that-look-right-now aspiration.

A banana leaf print was prevalent throughout in brights used on dresses, separates and even graced the invitation, whilst metallics, fringing and star embellishments enhanced the collection adding to the Studio 54 vibe. Pleating was the stand out technique, done in metallics and chiffons for skirts, playsuits and floaty asymmetric dresses. Colours seemed to pop out from the catwalk with greens, pinks and blues taking centre stage.

The look was complete with bright pom pom earrings, bronzed cheeks and luxe 70's locks. We can't blame all those eager celebs for turning out to this one and wouldn't be surprised if Henry Holland now has a rather hefty pre-order list.
