London's fashion scene turned out in mass this morning for Daks Spring/Summer 2011 show.

Italian designer Filippo Scuffi, formally of Ralph Lauren and Donna Karen, lead with fluid, comfortable tailoring for a cool, loose and effortless feel. The colour palette span from mustard yellow to charcoal grey and white in oversized separates, high waisted shorts and causal shifts. Stand out pieces included simple block colour maxis teamed elegantly with slouchy blazers, clutch bags and cute high waisted summer short shorts.

This collection has a real effortlessly wearable just "thrown on" feel with the inclusion of smart tailoring with an ethnic aesthetic. Models were fresh faced with loose top knotted hair complete with elasticated black headbands. Accessories were kept to the bare minimum, however we noticed that knee socks are continuing into SS11 which we're pleased about! And don't believe in the no socks with sandals myth, Daks teamed them with wedges and we loved it.

A great start to London Fashion Week day two!
